Silvia Matheus is a composer and visual media artist working at the intersection of sound, image,

and performance, combining electronic music, sound design, photography, and video.

 

Silvia Matheus Visual Media has documented concerts, recitals, lectures, performances, and many

events throughout the Bay Area.

 

Projects have been recorded at selected venues including:

Grace Cathedral, The Lab, Theater Artaud, Hertz Hall (UC Berkeley), San José State University, The Marsh Youth Theater, Recombinant Media Lab, Freight & Salvage, the Center for New Music and Audio Technologies (CNMAT) at UC Berkeley,  Jewish Community Center, Intersection for the Arts, the Djerassi Resident Artists Program,
Brava Theater, Berkeley Art Museum (BAM), SOMArts, Cowell Theater, Stanford University, Red Poppy Art House, Mills College, and Kehilla Community Synagogue.
